How to understand which cup you have?

What is the bra cup and how is it calculated?

The "cup" of a bra refers to the part of the bra that covers and supports the breasts. The cups are designed to fit the shape of your breasts and can vary in shape, size and styles depending on the type of bra. Cups are usually made from soft, flexible materials, such as cotton, microfiber, or lace, to ensure comfort and fit.

Cups can have different levels of padding or support depending on individual needs. For example, there are unpadded cups for those who prefer a more natural feel and padded or push-up cups to add volume and fullness to the breasts.

A standard cup size includes letters like A, B, C, D, and so on, which indicate the depth and width of the cup . Each letter corresponds to a different breast volume. For example, A cup is smaller and D cup is generally larger.

In summary, the bra cup is the part of the bra that contains and supports the breasts, and is designed to fit the shape and size of the breasts comfortably and aesthetically.

To calculate the cup size, however, it is essential to also calculate the underbust measurement (basically the number in front of the cup). To understand how to carry out these measurements go to the CALCULATE YOUR SIZE page
