You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery, as provided by European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it for free through your account or by contacting customer support. Once shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

How the Return Works

🚚 Return via our service recommended – available only in Italy)

  • Fixed cost: €5

  • Label + home collection or Poste Italiane drop-off point (where available)

  • Cost deducted directly from your refund

  • ✔ Convenient and fully supported

📦 Self-managed return

  • No processing fee

  • Shipping costs paid by the customer

  • Customer handles delivery responsibility to our warehouse

Return Conditions

  • Item must be intact and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

Note: You may try on the product as you would in a physical fitting room, without removing any tags.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If you used our return service, the €5 fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

💳 Cash on Delivery: Refund processed via bank transfer (IBAN provided by the customer).

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

Returns are always free, including return shipping costs.
