Shipping and Product Delivery

Shipping Costs:

  • Italy: €5.90 (free for orders over €69.00).
  • Europe: €9.90 / €14.90 depending on the country.
  • Rest of the World: calculated based on the shipping zone.

Shipments outside the EU economic area may be subject to customs duties and taxes. For non-EU customers, please check with your local customs office about any applicable costs for importing purchased products.

Packaging and Shipping Times: 7-9 business days*
Delivery Times:

  • Italy: 24-48h (48-72h for islands and Calabria).
  • Europe: 3-6 days.
  • Outside EU: varies by destination country; please contact customer service for more information.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, Lullaby Lingerie is not responsible for any delays. For specific delivery needs, please contact customer service via chat or the contact form.

Delivery Method:

  • Products are delivered to the shipping address specified by the user, and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
  • Orders will be processed within 30 working days from the date of order submission unless otherwise communicated.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the package is handed over to the courier.

Damage Claims upon Delivery:
In the case of damaged goods, report this immediately to the courier by noting “accepted with reservation” on the courier’s delivery note and notify both Lullaby Lingerie via email and the relevant courier office. Claims must be made at the time of delivery.

Shipping Fees and Additional Costs:

  • All shipping fees and any additional charges are borne by the user, unless stated otherwise.
  • Fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation and detailed in the order summary and confirmation email.
  • If canceling part of a multiple-item order, shipping fees are refundable only if the entire order is canceled.

Obligation to Accept Delivery and Unsuccessful Delivery:

  • In the case of absence during the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice. The user must arrange a second delivery attempt within five business days.
  • If the second attempt fails, the package will be stored by the courier, and Lullaby Lingerie will attempt to contact the user. After 30 days without a resolution, the order will be canceled.
  • The user will receive a refund for the amount paid, less the shipping costs.
