🇮🇹 Shipping to Italy

• FREE Shipping: On all orders of €39.00 or more.

• Orders under €39.00: A fixed shipping fee of just €2.90.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

• Tracking: All shipments are trackable via a tracking code sent by email once the package dispatches.

🇪🇺 European Union (EU)

• Shipping fee: Fixed €5.00 on all orders.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days.

• Available destinations: Due to updates to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and compliance with European regulations on packaging sustainability, service is currently active for selected European countries only. We are working to gradually restore full coverage.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom (UK)

• Shipping fee: €15.00

• Minimum order required: £135.00 (merchandise value).

• Why a minimum order? The minimum amount has been established to support and optimize the complex bureaucratic, administrative, and internal customs procedures required for handling overseas exports.

• Customs Duties & Local Taxes: Shipments to the UK are sent with duties and import taxes EXCLUDED. Any customs charges or import VAT due will be calculated by the local UK authorities and must be settled by the recipient upon delivery or customs clearance.

• Failed delivery or rejected package: If the shipment is not cleared through customs, is refused by the recipient, or is returned to the sender, the original shipping costs, holding fees, return costs, and any other expenses or duties charged by origin or destination customs will be fully deducted from any potential refund.

🌍 Rest of the World (Non-EU)

• Calculation of shipping costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight/volume of the order.

• Customs Duties & Local Taxes (DDU / DAP): All non-EU shipments are processed with duties and potential import taxes EXCLUDED.

• Why this choice? Handling "duties included" incurs high collection and brokerage fees charged by carriers, which would drive up the final price of the order. Choosing duty-excluded shipping proved to be significantly more economical and advantageous for our customers. Any customs duties, local taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested by the courier or local authorities prior to or upon delivery.

• Failed delivery or rejected package: If the shipment is refused by the recipient or fails to clear customs within the specified timeframe, all incurred expenses (outbound shipping, holding costs, return shipping fees, and any duties or administrative charges applied by origin or destination customs) will be fully deducted from any potential refund.

• 100% Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouses.

• Checkout Transparency: The final total, including any calculated shipping fees, is always clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

• Delivery Times: Indicated delivery times are estimates based on business days and may vary during holidays, peak sales periods, or due to customs delays.
