2. Subject of the Contract
These terms govern the purchase of products made through the website www.lullabylingerie.com, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
3. Products and Availability
Products are accurately described on their respective product pages. Availability may change without prior notice.
4. Purchase Process
The customer completes the purchase by adding products to the cart, entering the required information, and confirming the order.
The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent, or linked to improper purchasing or delivery behavior.

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
The withdrawal request can be submitted independently through the customer account on the website or by contacting us via email or through the website chat.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and complete with original packaging and labels.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if used (e.g., worn lingerie).
8. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code).
9. Liability
The seller is not liable for improper use of the products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
